Welcome to Team Jenny. I'm in my 6th week on JC. But you and I have more in common than the program...

I'm 57, and I joined not with a daughter, but with a daughter in law. I, too, was a little set back when I saw the first week's food bill. You might want to request a price list so you can substitute and comparison shop. They push the food at the centre, of course, but they cannot force you to purchase it.

Wish you well with your program and making the pieces fit.

Welcome to the Jenny team I too have knee pain and ankle pain, as I lose the weight I am starting to tell a diferene. I have arthritis in my knee. Hope you are feeling better soon from the pain in your knee.
