It's About Time
When I started this page in the summer of 2009, I was 52 and I'd had enough of shopping in the fat-lady stores. So, I tried to walk 10,000 steps each day and attempted to make intelligent food choices. Now it's Jan. 24/10 and I am 53. I've lost 50 lbs and I hope that, by maintaining this lifestyle change, I will continue to shed pounds and get healthier.

My Goals:
I don't want to be embarrassed by my size anymore. I want to get to a weight where I can look at my whole body in the mirror (and not just neck-up) without wincing. I want to wear clothing in a size that does not include an X.
