Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I had 16 glasses of water and 3 big mugs of tea yesterday. Not sure I could have drank more but I'm working on it today as it is happening again after lunch. My protein has been about the same but I probably can get in a bit more. Yesterday I had a high protein lunch (over 45 grams) and it still happened so not sure that is the issue.
It's weird because it's not like I have been spending the days before snacking all day as I have been trying to eat 3 meals after spending several days just eating 1 or 2 with a snack. Just going to keep plugging along. 1646 days ago
