My Goals:
I want to be able to do all of the fun things I want to in life, happily and comfortably. Day-long hike? Check. Beach Volleyball? Check. Dance till dawn? Check. You know what I'm sayin.

Also, not be fat. That would also be good.

My Program:
I've got a basic eating day plan. One of two choices for every meal every day (Breakfast: cereal or oatmeal. Lunch: salad or soup. Dinner: stir fry or veggie patty&veggies. Snacks: fruit or veggies. Simple simple simple.)If I can't stick to it I just make sure whatever I do eat stays within my calories (13-1400/day). I'll relax that on the weekend to allow for some drinks or random snacks, but still try to be reasonable (16-1800). My workouts are about every other day and are also really simple. Pushups&squats, burpees, or 10 minute trainer vids. Pilates and yoga from time to time just because it feels good. Being more active - going dancing, playing volleyball.

Personal Information:
27 y/o business transplant, refocusing and now going for my teaching license. Do what's right and keep the hope alive!

Other Information:
I'm taking it easy this time and just trying to be sensible. I'm working on the idea of self-discipline in all areas of my life. Do what you think, not what you feel. So far, it's working better than any intense program, equipment, or anything else ever has.

Great vlog! :D You are going to do great - sounds like you have an awesome supportive boyfriend to help you at home too. Shweet. ;) Let me know how the juicing goes - I've seen that movie too and was tempted to try it. But for right now I am busy dealing with my own food addition in OA. lol Toodles for now!
