Make It Happen! GO, GO, GO!!

SparkPeople has taught me so much about nutrition and exercise. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in keeping this site going at no expense to its users! I've been in and out since 2006, but this time I'm back for good! I am finally committed to getting in the best shape of my life. My 30's are going to be amazing! :)

My eventual goal is to be able to hike the Appalachian Trail before I turn 35. It's a 2,100+ mile hike. I'm determined! It'll be challenging to get as ...
