Beat it into Submission!

I have hovered just under the 200 mark for over 10 years. On a petite 5'2" frame, I just don't carry that weight beautifully. I have always wanted to lose weight, would get easily discouraged. I injured both of my knees in High School and both were reconstructed. I do not have any strength in the patellar tendons, nor do I have any cartilage left. I believe I have the knees of a senior citizen, or worse. I have never been able to sustain a consistent exercise regimen as my knees would develop ...
I have hovered just under the 200 mark for over 10 years. On a petite 5'2" frame, I just don't carry that weight beautifully. I have always wanted to lose weight, would get easily discouraged. I injured both of my knees in High School and both were reconstructed. I do not have any strength in the patellar tendons, nor do I have any cartilage left. I believe I have the knees of a senior citizen, or worse. I have never been able to sustain a consistent exercise regimen as my knees would develop extreme tendon pain over a course of weeks to the point I could not walk.

OK, so now I am done whining. I decided to find a form of exercise that would work for me and I discovered Spinning! Amazing! I have lost 10lbs and gain major muscle in my legs. I even added in weight training, though I still cannot do a lung to save my life. I am going to start rowing and from there, who knows!

I am truly thrilled with my success, dedication and new body! If I can do it, Anyone can.
