I don't have time to write an email just now- but I want to say that I'm proud of you for doing day two of the c25k! I know yesterday was rough, but you can get back on track to day by doing two things that will help you reach your goal. What two things do you want to do? Exercise? Eat healthy? Drink at least 8 glasses of water?
You can do it!!! Yesterday is past; focus on today!!
