I'm (finally) marrying the love of my life. Gained back a few pounds and 6(!!!) inches since last time I was on Sparkpeople regularly, so it's back to square one!

My Goals:
I want to look like an evil cyborg. I want the washboard abs, the defined arm muscles, the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound! In short, I want it ALL.

My Program:
A combination of bodyrock.tv, yoga, and the P90X.

I'm a stay at home mom, and I no longer make excuses, I make it happen.

I've read too many health and fitness books--now I'm more confused than I ever was before. Sometimes the internet is EVIL.

Hey! I saw you started Tracy Anderson's Orthocentric Metamorphosis program and I'm really curious how effective others found it before investing. Any advice?

I imagine you *were* feeling the kettlebell workout. Iíve watched a couple of them online and when buff trainers are huffing and puffing and grunting their way throughÖ you know itís no joke. So kudos to you for even attempting it!

I have to say, I love me some Jillian. Right now Iím doing Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I have four or five of her workouts and will work them into my rotation gradually. Might have to look into TAís Metamorphosis, too. You enjoying that? Iíve heard Turbo Jam is good, too. Right now, though, Iíve got my hands full with Jillian and The Firm. But getting stronger every day!

Keep making it happen! Weíre doing great!

Bet you killed it with those kettlebells! I did a Jillian DVD and she kicked my butt a little less this time! Can't wait for the day when I don't have to hit the pause button and say, "Hold up just a sec, will ya?"

Still, an excellent start to the week! Not sore at all today, and ready to rock every workout I do from here on out! So jazzed!
