I imagine you *were* feeling the kettlebell workout. I’ve watched a couple of them online and when buff trainers are huffing and puffing and grunting their way through… you know it’s no joke. So kudos to you for even attempting it!
I have to say, I love me some Jillian. Right now I’m doing Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I have four or five of her workouts and will work them into my rotation gradually. Might have to look into TA’s Metamorphosis, too. You enjoying that? I’ve heard Turbo Jam is good, too. Right now, though, I’ve got my hands full with Jillian and The Firm. But getting stronger every day!
Bet you killed it with those kettlebells! I did a Jillian DVD and she kicked my butt a little less this time! Can't wait for the day when I don't have to hit the pause button and say, "Hold up just a sec, will ya?"
Still, an excellent start to the week! Not sore at all today, and ready to rock every workout I do from here on out! So jazzed!
