Taking some time for myself

Hi ,
I'm cindy, I am ready to live life now. I'm tired of not being healthy, so here we go! Each day is a new day to start over and do your best for that day. I will make every day count! Baby steps are the key. For each meal counts and so do calories! I am a grandma and I want to have fun and be active with those cute grand-babies of mine. I can do this!!!

Hi Cindy,

I was just catching up on your blog. Wow you have done and awesome job. Twenty pounds, I am so proud of you. I went on vacation and gained back almost my entire 10 lbs. Crazy how it takes two months to lose it and 10 days to gain it back. Oh well, I am starting all over again. Maybe a lot of it is water weight and it will come off fast. emoticon

Hi Cindy,

Thank you for your encouragement. I have really been in a funk for the last week or so. The healthy eating has not been so healthy. I am trying hard to get back with it. This always happens to me. I lose ten and then give up. I don't know why, I just do. I haven't given up yet though. My mantra is "One Day At A Time". Have a great evening.

Denise
