If you have a bad meal, leave it at that. So often if I cheat one time in a day, I find myself cheating for the rest of the day. Somewhere I read if you can go meal by meal it can help this problem...

I am a fitbit user too. Welcome to Spark! My average fitbit number seems to be around 4000. Today I went over that so I was proud of me. I did 7579 steps with my fitbit. Let me know how you are doing. We can be fitbit friends on Spark. Sounds great to me. emoticon
