This is a new persona for Timothynohe. Don't know why, but I just decided it was time to restart with a clean slate. I didn't quit from before, but I figured I could clean stuff up and get a new start.

Invictus!

I lost 90+ pounds on Weight Watchers. And I kept it all off for over a year. As paradoxical as it sounds, though, when I started to run a lot, I gained back 20 pounds.

Runners tell me it's not unusual.

My Doctor says it's not a problem.

But you know what? That low weight mark was -- is a point of personal pride for me. I want those 20 pounds gone.

My Goals:
I am still working my way through a challenge to run a half marathon in each of the 50 states. So far, 21 states; Washington, DC; Dublin, Ireland; Scotland, UK. This year I plan to get to Alaska among others.

I would also like to lose back the 20 pounds I gained during training for my first full marathon.

My Program:
I will be using the Weigh Watchers program for weight loss. I will also continue to train for distance running and strength training at the Y.

Personal Information:
I am from Catonsville, MD on the SW corner of Baltimore City.

I am married since 1973 to a wonderful woman whom I refer to online as She WhoMustBeObeyed. She(WMBO) saved my life by dragging me kicking & screaming to Weight Watchers where I lost 90 pounds in 18 months employing all the same principle that the Spark teaches..

We have four children. Dr Dani in Corpus Christi TX (1974), Attorney Dave in Boulder CO (1987), Student Patrick (1992), and Hollywood Mike (1993). And we have one Grandchild from Dave, Colin (2012)

I love the Chieftains! Saw them in concert a few years back up in Lansing. Second row seats - I was in heaven.

When my brother did it he stayed in bed-and-breakfast places - it's such a popular route that there is a whole network of places along the route that welcome adventurers! Camping would be tough as you'd need to carry all your equipment too. My brother ended up mailing home quite a lot of luggage after the first couple of days to reduce the weight in his panniers.
