This is a new persona for Timothynohe. Don't know why, but I just decided it was time to restart with a clean slate. I didn't quit from before, but I figured I could clean stuff up and get a new start.

Invictus!

I lost 90+ pounds on Weight Watchers. And I kept it all off for over a year. As paradoxical as it sounds, though, when I started to run a lot, I gained back 20 pounds.

Runners tell me it's not unusual.

My Doctor says it's not a problem.

But you know what? That low weight mark was -- is a point of personal pride for me. I want those 20 pounds gone.

My Goals:
I am still working my way through a challenge to run a half marathon in each of the 50 states. So far, 21 states; Washington, DC; Dublin, Ireland; Scotland, UK. This year I plan to get to Alaska among others.

I would also like to lose back the 20 pounds I gained during training for my first full marathon.

My Program:
I will be using the Weigh Watchers program for weight loss. I will also continue to train for distance running and strength training at the Y.

Personal Information:
I am from Catonsville, MD on the SW corner of Baltimore City.

I am married since 1973 to a wonderful woman whom I refer to online as She WhoMustBeObeyed. She(WMBO) saved my life by dragging me kicking & screaming to Weight Watchers where I lost 90 pounds in 18 months employing all the same principle that the Spark teaches..

We have four children. Dr Dani in Corpus Christi TX (1974), Attorney Dave in Boulder CO (1987), Student Patrick (1992), and Hollywood Mike (1993). And we have one Grandchild from Dave, Colin (2012)

I love the profile pic..how neat that is!!
is that your grandchild riding on your shoulders?

I am dedicating this weekend to my yard, dog pens, well general clean up around the area. Living in the country there is no end to the chores I can find..now I have to dig up the "want to" & get 'er done!

Have a great weekend my friend...let's celebrate life by enjoying it!!

I love to travel & part of that is the wonderful food! emoticon Especially when in other countries! But, it's not so great when you're trying to lose weight...

I agree about getting the 10 minutes in! For me, at this point, it's about not breaking my streak (now at Day 32!) while trying to get to Day 100. Some days, I just do something very light for 10 minutes before bedtime... so I don't want to break into a sweat! But, I'm back at it today & put in a hard workout this morning!
