This is a new persona for Timothynohe. Don't know why, but I just decided it was time to restart with a clean slate. I didn't quit from before, but I figured I could clean stuff up and get a new start.

Invictus!

I lost 90+ pounds on Weight Watchers. And I kept it all off for over a year. As paradoxical as it sounds, though, when I started to run a lot, I gained back 20 pounds.

Runners tell me it's not unusual.

My Doctor says it's not a problem.

But you know what? That low weight mark was -- is a point of personal pride for me. I want those 20 pounds gone.

My Goals:
I am still working my way through a challenge to run a half marathon in each of the 50 states. So far, 21 states; Washington, DC; Dublin, Ireland; Scotland, UK. This year I plan to get to Alaska among others.

I would also like to lose back the 20 pounds I gained during training for my first full marathon.

My Program:
I will be using the Weigh Watchers program for weight loss. I will also continue to train for distance running and strength training at the Y.

Personal Information:
I am from Catonsville, MD on the SW corner of Baltimore City.

I am married since 1973 to a wonderful woman whom I refer to online as She WhoMustBeObeyed. She(WMBO) saved my life by dragging me kicking & screaming to Weight Watchers where I lost 90 pounds in 18 months employing all the same principle that the Spark teaches..

We have four children. Dr Dani in Corpus Christi TX (1974), Attorney Dave in Boulder CO (1987), Student Patrick (1992), and Hollywood Mike (1993). And we have one Grandchild from Dave, Colin (2012)

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm leaving well enough alone. I am happy with the new site, but will never know the full power of it (or the watch for that matter). What little googling I did leads me to think I don't need or want the Communicator at this point. Happy Running!

I saw your post on the HF FB page re: updating with Garmin. I too have the 310XT and although I accessed the updated site, I still haven't installed the plug-in to run Garmin Communicator just for fear of something going wrong. (and I don't think I'm missing anything?) lol I'm not really sure what the Communicator will do for me if I install it. But at this point my watch syncs and downloads to the site without asking me to update anything. and says my device software is up-to-date. I am NOT tech savvy, so any insight or suggestions you can give me would be appreciated.
