My Goals:
EXERCISE at least 20 minutes a day. Stay healthy and lessen stress.

TAG TIME. Spend time reading my Bible and praying each day.

LIVE IT UP. Do something for me daily, if possible. Give myself a gift: time reading, a long bath, etc.

VEGGIES AND FRUITS. Get 4 or more of these a day to fill up on the right stuff.

ENJOY some time with the family daily. Make some memories while they're still home.

STAY HYDRATED. Get my daily H2O allotment. Fills me up and gives me beautiful skin.




My Program:
Eight glasses of water a day.
Consciously think about what I'm eating. Get the sugar out of my life. Exercise to build strength and stick-to-it-tiveness. Finish switching over to a whole foods lifestyle.

Personal Information:
I love old movies and books, spending time with my family, gardening, and visiting friends.

Other Information:
*Cut portion sizes.
*Work hard each day--physical exercise!
*De-clutter and simplify life.
*Get into the Word daily.
*Hang out with and encourage like-minded friends. They're priceless!

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.

Good to "see" you. Yeah well after a nasty gain over the last couple of years... I am moving in the right direction. :) I am feeling very motivated at the moment. But not to weed.. wanna come here and "exercise" some more?
