Mon- 30 min cardio upper/lower body workout
Tues- 30 min cardio and abs,back, stretching
Wednesday - 45 min cardio lower body workout
Thursday- 30 min cardio with abs, back, upper body
Friday - 60 min cardio, lower body
Saturday - 60 min cardio, abs, upper body
Sunday - day off, stroll in park, shopping.

Hi Tina; yes stress, or emotional eating can be a problem; there is generally an underlying cause, something in one's past which has triggered this. So, it is possible that it's not just for that instant serotonin release. When I look into this further; I'll post.

Hiya, Tina, this is the case; most weight loss clincs/organisations cut carb intake, but I'm not sure if this is the safest way to go.

Hi, I just added you as a sparkbuddy! I like to your positive attitude and can use all the positive people in my life while I heal. I am going in for my lipo/tt tomorrow! I can't believe it is tomorrow already! I want to bounce back quickly so I don't ruin my kids summer with a mom on the couch all summer!
