Most people regain in 2-3 years. My weight fluctuates with my stress and work, but I have changed my lifestyle and maintained my weight through these years, meeting my first mini-goal of 4 years!

Next goal, burning off the flux weight by making exercise a regular habit in my life.

Personal mantra: You can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds.

Hope your absences means it is all just second nature now. Life is bigger than food and weight! So nice when it's a pleasant piece of the puzzle.

Hi Tina! I know that you're not as active around here as much as you used to be, but I just saw the announcement about your four-year maintenance anniversary and wanted to stop by to congratulate you and to see how things are going on your end. I hope you're doing well and that the new year is off to a great start for you. I wish you all the happiness in the world for the year ahead.

Thank you, Tina! I'm back to lose the 15 lbs I gained back since October. I became a sugar carb addict again.

I've been down this lose/gain weight road so many times, I know it's a part of long-term maintenance. But it sure gets old... and the weight jumps back on fast.
