I could be doing better if I wouldn't be gaining weight. I put on 3 pounds this week after gaining 5 pounds last week. I'm going in the wrong direction. I know part of my problem has been my portion size. I've been eating a little more than I should be so I need to reduce my portion size. I also have to watch my calories better. I've been going over my calories range too many times. If I do that I'm hoping that will correct the gaining problem.
