Hey everyone! It's christina cores. You may have seen me on the front cover of people magazine. I was also on Inside Edition, Entertaintment Tonight, and Extra. I know I should've made a SparkPage a long time ago. I'm actually really excited to have a SparkPage now. I just didn't realize how important a SparkPage is on this site. This site has helped me so much! I'm so thrilled for all the wonderful comments and positive feedback I'm getting from every one. "Your ALL making this special for me and I really appreciate it. Ever since I lost the weight I've always shared my story with people and always wished I could really reach out. I've been reading everyones comments and taking the time to write everyone back. I know the STRUGGLE, I know the moments where you just want to give up. Spreading the Spark makes me feel so alive and so empowered to continue everyday making those right choices. SparkPeople never gives up on anyone and it's available every single time your having a weak moment or you need to get back on track. SparkPeople CHANGED MY LIFE! I look forward to making lots of friends on here!

My Goals:
My goal is reach out and touch as many lives as I can. If i can "spark you" then I'll feel like I'm achieving this goal.


My Program:
Intially, I went on a low carb diet. I did lose 50lbs in the first 6 months! However I realized after those 6 months that I couldn't continue eating that way the rest of my life. I did the low carb to "shock" my body. I slowly reintroduced carbs starting with "good carbs". I wasn't on a particular program I was just making better choices and keeping up with an active lifestyle. My program has been a combination of several things. It wasn't "one thing" I did. I joined Lifetime Fitness. I found out that I LOVE Kickboxing classes. I go to those as often as I can and I do my own persoanl workout routine at the gym.
