trying again to do the weight loss thing

My Goals:
i would love to get down to my wieght ive were at least when i had my little kid

i weight over 300 pounds got to 190 and got pregnent gain up to 250 now if not more havent weigh lately

but i would love to get down to at least 190 or 160 so i can have energy to play with my little guy

iam at 277 lost weight haveing my little one but gain it back and more hope to do better this timex





My Program:
ive been trying to eat better and eat more protein then carbs

taking walks with my little guy

Hi there! THanks for the friend add. I added you too. I have about 50-70lbs to lose. I hope I can do it too. So far I've done pretty good this year. No big loss on the scale but it's slowly going down and I've just been cutting back and only eating when I'm hungry. Also I added in working out (treadmill mostly).
