Lost weight with the help of Spark People before & can do it again! I love SP!

Oct 4 2011: Still at 142-143 and I'm not bummed that I haven't dropped the weight to reach my 140 goal, I'm just motivated! I can honestly say that this past month has been a good lesson for me on what works and what hasn't worked, what I need to watch, and how I'm overcoming my struggles.

2013: 130-135; drink water, eat more fruits and veggies, and start moving around more!

2014: JAN.13
140-145 eek! Haven't been exercising at all and I've been enjoying life & food! AMEN! Engaged over xmas, so looks like I have plenty of motivation to start eating healthy and exercising again. LET GO 2014!!

2014: JUNE.11
137-139; still trying to whittle my waist/thighs/love handles/ba.dunk.a for the big day which is in 35 DAYS!!.!!. Been jogging 4x/week (up to 16min straight) and doing the Drop10in10 moves. Scale isn't motivating, so hopefully will see change in inches and clothes. WORKING HARDER ON CALS.

2014 JULY 15 - 133! Felt great for the big day!

2015 AUG: 145! Here we go again! Will start walking/running, counting cals, eating more fiber, lots of water/fruit/veges, say no to desserts...well most of them!

Tracking food - EVERYTHING!!!

Have added more fruits and veggies to my plate in meals and as snacks. I've always been the one to reach for something sweet whenever I thought I was hungry.

Now I keep raisins on hand, kiwis, grapes or anything fresh as my go-to snack for Pre-dinner munchie :)

WATER!!! Lemon water or some milo stuff to add flavor on occasion. I don't miss the cokes anymore & I find juices to be way too sweet.
