Lost weight with the help of Spark People before & can do it again! Down to 130-135 in 2013. Now I'm 140-145, so here we go! I LOVE SP!

140-145 eek! Haven't been exercising at all and I've been enjoying life & food! AMEN! Engaged over xmas, so looks like I have plenty of motivation to start eating healthy and exercising again. LET GO 2014!!

Oct 4 2011: Just an update to say - no update! Still at 142-143 ish and I'm not bummed that I haven't dropped ...

Oct 4 2011: Just an update to say - no update! Still at 142-143 ish and I'm not bummed that I haven't dropped the weight to reach my 140 goal, I'm just motivated! I can honestly say that this past month has been a good lesson for me on what works and what hasn't worked, what I need to watch, and how I'm overcoming my struggles.

From the beginning: I don't know if I'll stick to this website, but I came across this great iPAD app so I though I'd try it out. I'm packing on some winter weight these days and trying to motivate myself to drink water, eat more fruits and veggies, and start moving around more! Good luck to me :)

Countdown til wknd getaway w/my man - 15 days!
Tried on a pair of denim shorts, & to my surprise they buttoned! Still a bit of muffin top I'd like to see diminish lol, but my hard work & determination is working!

New Goal to include:
BMI right now shows I'm overweight. But @ 140 I will be in the Normal Weight Category. Let's Go 140!

Here I Am @ 140.2 on October 11th & I'm just ecstatic!

11/14 -Still working on it! Been weighing in at 138-141 for the past couple weeks.

My Program:

Tracking food - EVERYTHING!!!

Have added more fruits and veggies to my plate in meals and as snacks. I've always been the one to reach for something sweet whenever I thought I was hungry. Usually something packaged like nutty bars, ice cream, or just anything loaded w/cheese...

Now I keep raisins on hand, kiwis, grapes or anything fresh as my go-to snack! It's been a great Pre-dinner munchie :)

WATER!!! Lemon water or some milo stuff to add flavor on occasion. I don't miss the cokes anymore & I find juices to be way too sweet.

Thank you so much for the comment on my blog! It's PERFECT timing because my ex just left my house...I think it was our "final confrontation." I asked him not to contact me anymore. I actually just got in my car and started driving to the 24 hour McDonalds. Stopped myself after I realized that made NO SENSE since I was actually feeling quesy. It's amazing how I can actually still go try to fix my emotions with food, even if I'm physically feeling sick to my stomach!

Those desk jobs will get you! We CAN do this. They say that the last 10 or so pounds are the hardest...but those people don't have what we have... Drive...Desire and Determination. We can do it!!
