WORSHIP AND WALK IN 2013 Loving my curves, just want less of them.

I feel like I keep singing the same old song in a different note. I lost 83 pounds and kept it off for almost two years. I recently slipped up and fell back into old eating habits and have regained ALL of my weight. I feel so disappointed that I have allowed this to happen; but I'm resilent and I will take it off again. (Once and for ALL) Today I start anew. I realize that there will be setback's however; I have a drive in me that always helps me to bounce back. I will not be defeated. ...

Believing in yourself is half the battle. I have the support of God, because in Him I am strong. With God for me, who can be against me. The "BATTLE OF THE BULGE" continues............

Life's Challenges
On Sunday November 16, 2009, the most unthinkable thing happened. My 36 year old healthy cousin ( We grew up as sisters) passed away. I felt like my life was turned upside down. It has truly been a struggle. Loneliness, sleepless nights, under eating, over eating, and crying uncontollably seemed to be my new past time. I began to pray and seek God because in Him is where my help comes from and where my strength replies. God spoke to me clearly and said, "It is ok and normal to mourn; however, I could not stay in that place." So here I am on the road to better health and healthy grieving. Pray for my strength during this trying time, but know that with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

My Goals:
My goals are simple. I want the best life possible. I have reached every goal that I've ever set for myself with the exception of losing weight and keeping it off.

My Program:
In an effort to meet my goals and be a more positive role model for my son, I've decided to make more healthy food choices and exercise at least three times per week. (NO EXCUSES) I also plan to cook more and eat out less.

Personal Information:
My name is Tracie and I live in Virginia. I am a Preschool Teacher who loves reading, writing and encouraging others.

Other Information:
I would love to be able to go scuba diving, horse back riding, canoeing, kayaking, compete in a marathan and wear a two piece bathing suit. I would also love to learn to ballroom dance. I would also like to make a exercise video, open up a group home for troubled teens, become a motivational speaker and write a childrens book and weightloss book. I'm also thinking of becoming a part-time personal trainer!! This may seem like an awful lot; however, it is all within my reach. I always reach for the stars.

I am so proud of my friend..she inspires, encourage & uplifts!! While on her journey she takes a genuine interest in your journey even if you haven't been as successful as she has been you would never know you are the jelly to my peanut butter, the twinkle twinkle in my little star, the ying to my yang so gone girl continue to do your thang!! I'm so proud of u emoticon
