I just read about you breaking your scale. GOOD. If it bothers you, you should not use it. Don't buy another one. Use an item of clothing that is too small, and try it on once a week. Someday, you will try it on, and it will fit.
Just a reminder...visit those things that AREN'T working...if you stopped doing some SPARK...cool...I have to some weeks...but ask..."By NOT doing those things...am I impacting my results" If the answer is yes...or maybe...fix it...YOU HAVE THE POWER!
