Staying on a healthy path

Living in Chesapeake, Virginia. Starting a weight loss journey once again and I am going to lose 75 pounds. I have two daughters, Lauren, a sophomore in college and Christine, first year of graduate school. My husband is retired from the Navy and now works as a contractor with the military. I look forward to seeing my friends when I work out and enjoy the workout once I'm there but I could just as easily find an excuse to skip my but then I would be disappointed in myself.
