I WILL
I Will.... ... be present and CONSCIOUSLY make decisions about what I put in my mouth. ... enjoy life and find SOMETHING to do instead of eat out of boredom. ... make the decision EVERY DAY to be a better me, to like myself again and not fall into old bad habits. ... keep going, find the good alternative and make my family proud.

My Goals:
maintaining a weight near 155 (or less). increase fitness and tone in order to get back to riding, be able to do more around my farm and enjoy life better. I WANT P!NK'S ABS!! (or something close it it)
My Program:
Watching my portions! Tracking my nutrition and fitness... if I track, then I am accountable... then I stay on track! No soda, very limited processed foods. I'm trying to maintain an SCD-ish/Paleo-ish type of diet.
Personal Information:
I'm over 40 - though never feel like it - and live near Dayton, Ohio. I have a small farm that I hope to expand in the future. I'm a web application developer by day... a farmer/rider/gardener/actress by night. Life isn't what I figured it would be a few years ago... but I'm finding me and finding my motivation again... slowly, but it's coming.
Other Information:
Discipline - remembering what you want. "It is good to be a Seeker, but sooner or later you have to be a Finder. And then it is well to give what you have found, a gift into the world for whoever will accept it.." -- from Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach
