I have been a member of spark people for 2 years now. I am happily married and a mother of 4 children ages 6, 4, 2 $ 3 months. My starting goal was to lose 40lbs, eat a little healthier & exercise more regularly. I lost 26 pounds and then I was stuck at the same weight for about 6 months because I was not very faithful about sticking to my calorie range and exercising enough. I then became pregnant with my 4th child and put my weight loss goals on hold. Now I am pretty much starting over with my original goals since I once again have a bunch of weight to lose. I need to be more disciplined this time around and stick with tracking food and exercising until I lose all the weight I would like to lose.

Tricia Great job on those FMs I see you are the one who is going to give Pat a run for her money this round. Absolutely amazing. But what happened to your water you were only half way to your goal each day. See if you can get in one more glass a day.
