Be Quiet & Just Do It!

I'm a 33 year old mother of six year old, Isabella. I am a Christian and I love people.

How many times do I have to start over? Answer: As many times as it takes. I have to get back on track. It seems like every time that I move forward, I take a step back. I need to try harder & no more EXCUSES! I have found that nothing is better than staying motivated, being consistant & planning ahead. If I can just do these things, then I will be successful.

My daughter is the world to me and I want to be healthier so that I will be around longer for her. I've never been "skinny" and have always struggled with my weight. I would like to change my lifestyle all together for the rest of my life! I welcome any suggestions/tips to help me achieve my goals. Thank you for your support! Let's do this! =)

My Program:
Right now, I'm working out (cardio and weights) and using the Weight Watchers program as my guide.

Start getting up early (5-5:30 am) every day to get my workout in!

Stick to my points & track my food!

Drink 80 oz of H20!

At least 150 cardio minutes per week! Keyword: At least

Hi Tiffany! It was so great to see your post on my page. I have missed you so much but knew that you must be busy, busy and busier. Hey there! I'm doing good. Trying to get back into the swing of working out and eating healthy. Thanks for checking in! Sometimes, I wish my SP friends were all closer so we could meet up every month to keep each other all in check! lol
