1. Get to a healthy weight & a stronger body.
2. I will drink 8 cups of water a day & add more veggies & fruit.
3. I will track my weekly weight

1. I track everything I do, drink & eat. No more excuses, a small weight gain or a week of no weight loss will NOT discourage me this time!

I am so interested in other cultures. beliefs, the different foods people consume in other countries. Two of my favorite classes in college were Humanities & Nutrition.

I like suspense movie that leave me saying "I sure didn't see THAT coming"! I also like history, documentaries, wonders of the world.

I believe "hind sight" doesn't have to be 20/20 if we listen to the wisdom, and experience of our elders.

We are all setting goals, on teams, or otherwise. I came across this and thought it was appropriate for those goals we would like to achieve.
