blocks are a pain. the system puts them up. sometimes you can get around them by going to google first, then going to the web sight you are looking for. sometimes not. you might talk to the library administrator for other ideas. Good luck with it....when I first lost 100 lbs. I remember getting a calendar and aiming for 1 lb. a week. Nothing too big....and if I got over my goal of 4 a month I treated myself to something clothing related!
Break it down into tiny bits....say 5 or 6 mini goals....it's less overwhelming that way.........if I can do it (once lol) anyone can!!!
