My goals are first and foremost to get rid of this fat that hangs over my bra...I hate that. Then I'd like to begin to see some other changes, like less jiggly arms and thighs. Smaller pants size, smaller underwear....I know that sounds funny but I think many of you will understand...

Hey there - there is no secret to the whole 50 pounds in 3 months beyond tracking my food and exercising. I think my body is a weird reactor to losing weight because I had a plateau almost immediately after losing the weight that lasted for over a month. BLECH!
