Hi Teresa! Exercise is a struggle this week for me, too. I need to get about 680 more calories burned for this week. Well, we have until Saturday! I plan on doing a video tomorrow after a long day of driving, then Friday I want to put a book on my ipod and start walking and listening. I think I will have to bribe myself to get out there!
I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come! * Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate!
Just checking in to say hi and see how you are doing. I hope well! I am struggling with cravings this morning. I really want to go out to breakfast and have a huge omelette with BACON! But I'm currently making oatmeal... Haha!
I need some motivation to get out and exercise. I have to figure out how to heal shin splints!
