To lose 30 pound by the year 2013. have already done 6 so yeah got a few more to go working on 1-2 pounds a week
I am doing cardio 3-4 times a week. I have a personal trainer to assist me in pushing myself. I am lifting weights 2-3 times per week. I am looking for new thins to do everyday to assist me in this goal. I am working Sparkpeople and loving it.
