TIME FOR A REAL CHANGE

I am a 52 year old divorced mother of 2. I am a proud grandmother of a wonderful 2.5 year old baby boy and a new little precious that was born March 26 . I want to become more fit so that I can keep up with them. I am a RN who a year and a half ago left night shift after 25 years. I started a new job which is more sitting, less lifting heavy patients. I am hoping to get myself in better shape physically and mentally in the next year. I know with God's help, I can achieve anything!
