I began weight loss and daily treadmill exercise on 12/29/10 and followed WW food plan until I found SP on Jan. 27. I have been using SP guidelines in planning my food since then.
I have lost 100lbs+ 2 times..last time was 1992. This is my last attempt.
For 2011, I have lost 75lbs by exercising 16,000 minutes(800 miles) and eating within my SP recommended Cal. intake 96% of the time.
For 2015, I have sustained a 65lb weight loss since Jan 2012. I continue to average 8k steps daily and at least 1k exercise points per month.
Current; loose 50lbs. By 6/27/16.
Exercise at least 1,000 minutes per month.
Eat WW food plan, track on SPARK....average 2,000 cal./da
Cardio 60 min, 7 days/wk
I am retired and married to my beautiful wife of 43 years. Three grown, married kids and 6 grandchildren are the center of my life.
Favorite Movies, Godfather, Goodfellas, Bronx Tale, Planes Trains & Automobiles, Uncle Buck, Christmas Story, A Christmas Carol, Jesus of Nazareth.
Current favorite TV show, Madam Secretary, Good Wife, American Ninja Warrior.
I've ridden Harleys for last 25 years and currently ride an Ultra Classic.
