I noticed in the team huddle that you met your fitness goal for the month. Way to go! I always tell myself (and everyone else) to "just keep moving." You will reach your goals consistently if you just keep moving.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my post. I agree with your logic. I've generally done the same, especially around that time of the month. However the gain I was referring to is something I've held on to for over a month, so it was time to be accountable!
