My Goals:
My weight goal is to get down to 188 lbs from 205 lbs.
I want to increase my muscle mass to help increase my metabolism.
I want to increase my stamina so it is easier to keep up with my kids!

My Program:
Recently I have been back on a program called the Better Body System.

I am exercising at least 2 times per week.
My favorite exercises are walking, strength training and the Elliptical Trainer.

It is Monday and back to the regular routine. The holiday time off is over, yet there is so much to look forward to. Like taking weight off because the goodies are gone, having time to exercise, and re-arranging the furniture now that the Christmas tree is down. Well these are my plans for today.

Sure hope you have a magnificent Monday...today only comes once, so please enjoy it.
