I think probably the most basic thing (at least for me) is: Don't set unrealistic expectations for yourself - you didn't get to this place in your health journey overnight, and it will definitely take time for you to restore your health (via weight loss or whatever you're seeking via Spark).........take "baby steps" as needed!
