My Goals:
Lose weight and tone up.

Short term goal: Be the best I can be for 04/20/13 lumbar laminectomy.

Long term goal: Lose 15 pounds, tone up, and maintain sobriety!

My Program:
Walk 3 miles/day at least 5 times a week. Incorporate some weight training within my physical restrictions.

Personal Information:
Living in Traverse City, MI, the Cherry Capital of the world. Feeling better and better each day since deciding to get REAL and get mentally and physically healthy.
