I am wife and a mother of three wonderful boys. I have been struggling with my weight immediately after having my first child and with every child birth i have added extra weigh. I have finally made up my mind because I don't want cause my children pain of losing their mother at an early age I want to take care of myself for them.

I have finally made up my mind for good. Taking care of me each day at a time. There have been days that I have cheat, there have been day that I did not workout, there I have been days that I wanted to quit but I have learnt that this journey is for a life time.I had to throw out my scale because my focus have been so much on the number. After that I became more accountable to me and not the scale. I have turn the fear of the scale into a motivation to working out 5 to 6 times a week and I can tell you it work for me. I have also learned that o could use other things to measure my progress and not just the scale.

I have dropped a full dress size and I feel great. I will continue this journey whether I know my weight or not till I can fit into a size 10 jeans comfortably. I will continue to try it on every month till I can into those pair of skinny jeans. I am doing it a healthy way .

I have made so many new year's resolution that I can't stick to for some reason but this time. I am doing the right way and I'm feeling great. I have started planning out my workout and meals for the week on Sunday. The first week I lose 5 lbs, just by eating the right kinds of food and working out hard. I had to stop eating at 6pm. I want to Encourage you, if you are not writing it down please start today.

Exercise 5x/week

Drink plenty of water

No eating after 6pm

Workout with DVD and rotating them regularly

Get enough sleep every night

My Program:
exercise 5 to 6x per week using the 30 days shred with jillian Micheals, Leslie sansone

walking 2- 4 miles 3 days per week

drink at least a gallon of water daily

No eating after 6pm no matter
