Thanks for the kind words! And you're right... I can't quit if I have a set back. It is part of the journey. But I went out dancing twice this weekend got 3 hours of dancing in. And I started up with my fruit/veggie intake again yesterday. And having fruit and yogurt for breakfast. You're right I need to just resume where I was. I can not beat myself up!
Thanks for the congrats on my weightloss. My ticker says I am close to my goal and that is true. However I broke my goal into two sections. I am about to reach my first goal then I will create a new ticker than will be about an additional 20 pounds a so. It sure helps me mentally! 1425 days ago
