I recently joined sparkpeople to hold my self accountalbe but quickly got off track, gained 8lbs. I am now back on track and feel more determined than ever to reach my goals. When I am having "blah" days I will journal or blog to get through it. Right now I am in a challenge to lose 15lbs by Memorial Day totally doable I just have to stay focused and motivated, real easy right?

My Goals:
My ultimate weight loss goal is to weight between 150 and 160 as far as that aspect goes. But even more to feel healthy, to be able to breeze through a four-mile walk, to begin running, and see muscle definition all over my body.

My Program:
I am currently following the 6wbmo program, no dairy, no sodium, not sugar. Work out plan is cardio six days a week and three days of strength training.

My name is Tonga as stated in my user id and I originally joined sparkpeople in March since then I have gained 8lbs due to various reasons. I am from Baton Rouge,LA and am now ready to be fully committed to achieving my goals in weight loss and all other areas of my life. I have determined that what you sow, you surely shall reap and ready to stop sowing garbage. I decided on April 14th that I had my last night on the boat and there's no looking back now!

Other Information:
I'm currently studying for the GRE, preparing to apply to PhD programs in clinical psychology and also reading Reposition Yourself by Bishop Jakes, interesting combination right?
