since we are sharing recipes I got a great one I got out of WW mag..
take 1/2 cup of oatmeal and one cup of water let the oatmeal soak for 5 mins. use quick cook oatmeal
in blender put one 1/2cup of Greek Plain yogurt one small banana 6 or 8 frozen strawberries or blueberries 1/2 cup 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp honey, (I used almond butter) 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add the oatmeal mixture chi seeds if you like and blend a way.. it is really good 263 calories for 1 cup..
