I am a 24 year old case manager in NYC who is sick of feeling tired and crotchety. I come from a long line of unhealthy, sedentary emotional eaters and my weight has fluctuated throughout my life. Although I lost over 40Ibs in college, I've gained 30 back since graduating in 2009. My job is incredibly stressful and all I want to do when I get home is curl up on the couch with some Chinese take-out. I used to love to cook and exercise but lack motivation. I've been using SparkPeople for over a year but am still gaining weight due to being inconsistent with my goals. I am looking for support and a kick in my ever expanding butt!!
I resolve to: -cook more healthy meals at home (and not eat them in front of the TV!) -lose 20-25Ibs -fit back into my size 8 dress pants!
I will: -exercise 5X per week: running, yoga, work out videos on Netflix, and kickboxing -eat no more than 1650 calories per day -stop binging on junk food when I am stressed -re-engage with friends and hobbies to better manage stress
