Eat no more than 1700 cals. Trying to keep it around 1500.

Keeping active. Doing anything that gets me up, moving, and motivated. Anything from DDR, Yoga, workout videos, treadmill, or anything else is up for grabs!

Let's stay positive! We may not have had the best week and we may not be looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.... but, we have to keep positive and keep going. There is no giving up allowed. Not this time, girl. We got this. And after tomorrow's weigh in.... we get a whole new week to kick butt. YEAH! Let's go!!!
