Over the years I've tried (and failed) at everything. I'm currently using meal replacement shakes, following this programme (off and on) since June 1st losing 44 lbs before joining SP. I'm not exercising yet (as I'm happy with weight loss following nutrition programme) but know I'll have to start soon!

Personal Information:
I live in Wales, UK. have a lovely wife of 8 years and a beautiful daughter.

Other Information:
I'm a huge Cher fan, been listening to "Closer to the Truth" don't know what to make of it....hope she comes to UK on the "Dressed to Kill" Tour.
I make and decorate cakes (ironic I know!).

The holiday season can be tough, but it can also help us get the most bang for our buck in forming new habits. Stick to moderation! It's worth the effort.

My email account has been sending Spark to a separate box, so I didn't see your post until today.

Welcome to the Living Binge Free team. I've had a lot of success with managing binge eating over the past few years, but I stay on because I think people really need the support through the process. There are very few people who go from bingeing to not bingeing in one fell swoop. It is absolutely normal to have blips and yet still be on your way to long term success. Try to work in some foods you love but do it in situations where it's a bit easier to keep your portions moderate. You may still fall down, but it's how you learn. Problems are more likely when we try to be too perfect for too long.

You can do this!
