My Goals:
Monthly goal 5 lbs at a time
SHORT TERM GOAL #1 (BY March when i go to retreat)
I will be at 199 or lower by getting exercise at least 10 minutes 5 times a week and by journaling all foods eaten and drinking 64 oz water. I will make menu plan and will add more veggies and fruit into the plan.

MEDIUM TERM GOAL #2 (BY July 14 my birthday) I will be at 185. I will love or tolerate to walk. I will track my exchanges. I will be drinking my water and enjoy eating fruits and veggies and sugar is out of my diet except for an occasional treat.

LONG TERM GOAL #3 (BY DECEMBER 31TH) I will have learn how to maintain my goal weight. I will be an KOPS at TOPS. I will know the exchange so I am able to teach it to others.

5% percent challenge
Exchange(TOPS)program
count exchanges, journal, and exercise. and maybe 17 day diet to get started. I will work on water intake also.

Leslie, how great to see you on 100 Days of Weight Loss!! I've enjoyed that team so much. I'm on my second trip through the book and still learning. It is funny how you pick up new things the second time through.
I had a setback and didn't post very often for awhile; had two small strokes in February.
Doing well now but dealing with some anxiety in the past week or two; funny how you can get through hard times strong and then turn into a limp noodle. I have spent way too many days recently in my easy chair.
So..let's push through this spring and summer and see where we are come fall. 2015 can STILL be our year! emoticon
