HERE I GO AGAIN !!!!!!!

HI MY NAME IS THERESA AND I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, BOTH FOR HEALTH REASONS AND SO I CAN FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF AGAIN. KNOW THAT I AM NOT ALONE BUT BOY DOESN'T IT FEEL IT SOMETIMES.Well here I am again....it has been a year ...and I have not lost my weight BUT I am happy to say I only gained 5 pounds ....course that is a bag of sugar oooo bad choice...ok flour less dangerous . please help me figure out that even tho in my heart i want to loose weight I can't seem to stick to it...it would be ...

Hi Theresa!
I am new to sparkpeople and I too have had a difficult time loosing weight. Makes it so hard when on a tight budget and the "junk" food is cheaper than the healthier. That is just so messed up!! My problem is getting motivated. Im tired all the time and Im tired of wearing out jeans!! Im sure so many can relate. I am at a point that (I am 42) that I am not getting younger and I need to do this before my health declines. I lost 30lbs a few years ago on one of Jay Robb's fat burner diets. That worked well for me. I am now taking the Green coffee bean extract pills. I have lost 4 lbs in a week. I am also walking as much as possible. I have an old back injury and I start to hurt after 20 minutes, but I push on. We can do this, you and I. I just have a hard time staying motivated!! lol. I wish you luck!

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
