My Goals:
My goal is to change the way I view food and make more healthier choices in how I prepare my meals. And to limit the amount of 'snacking' that I do during the day. Move and exercise my body more. And oh yeah drink plenty of water and small amounts possibly a sip every now and then of diet soda.Yeah I said sip because I drink diet soda like water.

My Program:
Prepare healthy meals, exercise more incorporating strength training, and cardio in my routine. I plan to exercise at least 3+ days per weeks at minimum.

Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog. I always said by the time I do all the things I have to do I have exercised. That includes housework, yard work, etc. After that it will have to be something I enjoy. I go the first hour of the afternoon session which is never really crowded. The rink is air-conditioned with music so GET YOUR SKATE ON!!!
All you'll need is your water bottle emoticon
