That must be so emoticon We've had emoticon , but nothing like that! Hopefully, your car stays running smoothly, and you can keep on emoticon . Years ago I had a car that's floor board had rusted through. I hit a hug puddle in the road and got soaked head to toe! Try to explain THAT as you get out of your CAR at work! emoticon Well, not much knew. In my head I am on track, in reality I want to emoticon . IDK what is wrong with me. I HAVE been emoticon and emoticon almost daily! So, that is some improvement! We will emoticon !

How's the emoticon emoticon emoticon going? Feel like you have more routine now? Gosh, I go away for a weekend and come back all out of sorts! emoticon I'm back to just tracking my blood sugar and blood pressure. It's not bad, but it's not good either. I'm really hoping working out more will help, and am trying to "plan" it more! Not too much new. I just wanted to say emoticon

That's emoticon I was emoticon 3! emoticon I already emoticon 1 lb to the curb! emoticon I'm tracking, and trying hard to make better choices! emoticon emoticon emoticon As much as I hate taking the time, I think tracking really helps me! emoticon How is your day going? Are you meeting your goals? Even just one? Just remember, you don't have to do it all! I have a running list right now of things I NEED to do yesterday! Sometimes I get one item marked off and sometimes several, the kicker is I still add things to the list every day...so often it is longer than it is shorter, but it feels good to see things crossed out and motivates me to go forward! emoticon emoticon emoticon
