Just don't QUIT. I know you won't though. I've struggled for over a year with partial efforts but now I appreciate where I am and how good I feel knowing each small victory will get me to my big goals. I'm going to a dental meeting so no Zumba this week but maybe next week. I hope you have been visiting with Nelly and having fun.

Did you find your fitbit? emoticon How's that desk looking? emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Get to relax then a bit? emoticon I get distracted very easily too... emoticon I really need to make a running list (kind of a daily list) and check things off and have a way to keep myself on task. It's easy for me to do other things... emoticon We had a nice visit, lo has so much fun! I'm worn out, though, after two weekends of company and babysitting and just being off schedule! emoticon We are kind of a emoticon house today. No one is feeling well, and lo was grumpy! emoticon I'm optimistic tomorrow will be an improvement! emoticon My eating continue to be stinky emoticon emoticon , but Aunt Flo has emoticon ...so that will help! emoticon Back to hitting my emoticon 12,000 a day. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good to hear from you! emoticon Glad you are at least hitting some goals emoticon , even if they aren't all the ones you want emoticon My eating is still horrible. emoticon I was starting to do better, then a monthly visitor came by emoticon and I swear I'm a sugarholic during those 3 days emoticon We also have company through Monday. I'm tired! emoticon I am hitting my steps, though. I really think you'd like your fitbit. It's nice just to see where you are, and where you can push yourself....just a little bit more. I have a hard time hitting my steps every day, but like last night I was only 400 steps away...so I paced the house for a little bit! ha ha Glad you are keeping busy. I know I just want a few days to chill. Too busy, even good busy, wears me out after awhile! Kind of like a fun vacation, there's still nothing better than getting home! Keep in touch! At least you are on my page again! You had fallen off! emoticon

emoticon Just checking in! Crazy week? emoticon Mine's been far busier than expected! I babysat on Wed, Thurs for my friend's lo and my cousins kids. Then thought I had today off, but am babysitting again. We also have company this weekend again. emoticon So, I did NOT do as good as I had hoped this week! Lost track of tracking and my emoticon eating was horrid! I DID get in 12.000+ steps emoticon 6/7 days this week! See, having a fitbit CAN help! Trust me, there were some days I had to really work for it! I took the kids to the park in the neighborhood each day, and made some extra trips emoticon emoticon the stairs. Set that thing up! Even if you have a low goal....it's still a goal and a way to see what you are doing! Plus, you can be my buddy on Fitbit too! emoticon Well, I'm gonna go emoticon emoticon emoticon Oh, yeah, I set my tracker in general to reflect a 15 lb weight loss by May 21st (end of my challenge). It's a start! emoticon
