I really miss being around people and doing things. I miss getting in a good regular workout. After being kinda blah, I feel very itchy. Just wanted to splash your page with some emoticon , after my emoticon emoticon yesterday. I love a new day emoticon , don't you emoticon This morning I REALLY wanted some emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon , so diverged from my plan a bit. I dumped a chocolate sugar free carnation into my coffee with some fat free milk and sweetner emoticon AND had a emoticon emoticon . LOL What I actually had was a banana with chocolate PB2. Oh, man. I think this is my FAVORITE go to sweet snack right now. It was so emoticon ! It feels so indulgent! I'm going to be gone most of the day, so I don't have to look at my messy house. I feel changes in the wind, and they are good. I know I really need to find some more moral support and people to prop me up and vica versa. Just been feeling to many good intentions just sitting in my mind. I NEED action. Let's go girl. Life will ALWAYS have ups and downs, busies, and slows, but I want to LIVE. I don't like feeling frump like I did yesterday. emoticon emoticon

How many families are you working for? Have you finally found a permanent, long term family? Sounds like you need one for more stability! Whew, you wear me out. What videos (ST) do you watch? My lo is in ST, but I've not been overly thrilled with the therapist. I start with a new one tomorrow, but I'm a firm believer that what I do is the most important and has the carry over. I might learn something. So, I'm up...but I'm really down quite a few lbs from a few days ago. Just feeling really blah today, and monkey has been a turkey and totally 2, and hubby worked over, and cry me a river why don't I? LOL Nothing bad, just frump humpy Wed. LOL Well, I'm heading to bed. Tomorrow is a new day, and a busy day...but sometimes that keeps me out of trouble. Snicker. Oh, that's a food. I'm hungry. Ok, time for bed. LOL Is my undiagnosed ADHD showing? Oh, look, there's a squirrel...j/k.... emoticon

I posted my 4 day eating plan on the team chat. It's not perfect, but it's a plan and that's more than I've had lately! Plus, I already "logged" it emoticon since it's written out, right? I also have a cute little notebook I got on close-out that says "Stuff to do" (if I feel like it). Ha ha. Well, I think the goal is to do it anyway! I know I won't get everything done, but at least it's something to keep me on track. I've broke down my workout plan to a Leslie Mile (I'll include an ST mile today since it ). It's emoticon today, but I'm going to try to get in a 15 min walk outside too. During nap or after lo goes to emoticon bed I'm planning 30 min on the gazelle (or if I'm lucky sneak to the Y for the elliptical). Well, that's my game plan really for the next 4 days. Breaking up working out I hope will help me get it in. The next 4 days is about intentionality and loose organization to my day! We CAN do this! BTW-I'm eating my banana with chocolate PB2. YUMMY!

My hubby was off this week, and I'd like to tell you we did a lot...Nope. We were gone a few days and the time flew, but...we should have done more. I'm feeling very overwhelmed, and dealing with it by mostly doing nothing. LOL I'm more active when I'm on my own during the day I think. I think we planned the week poorly, unsure of quite a bit. I know I ate too much! Well, tomorrow is a new day. I am going to go back to my list making and at least having a game plan. A mental checklist just doesn't cut it. I think I like crossing things off on paper. We are supposed to have lots of rainy weather, so I will have to be a little more creative with my working out. We had a great day today and went bike riding. I love nice fall days! I bet you are looking forward to some down time? I greatly look forward to hearing from you more!
