That's emoticon I was emoticon 3! emoticon I already emoticon 1 lb to the curb! emoticon I'm tracking, and trying hard to make better choices! emoticon emoticon emoticon As much as I hate taking the time, I think tracking really helps me! emoticon How is your day going? Are you meeting your goals? Even just one? Just remember, you don't have to do it all! I have a running list right now of things I NEED to do yesterday! Sometimes I get one item marked off and sometimes several, the kicker is I still add things to the list every often it is longer than it is shorter, but it feels good to see things crossed out and motivates me to go forward! emoticon emoticon emoticon

It was nice to see you on our island. We love visitors. The house we bought is in Ferrum VA. sort of in the middle of NO Where. LOL. It is about 50 miles south of Roanoke.

I haven't hardly been on Spark at all. Sometimes I feel like time just gets away from me. I'd say I'm mostly holding steady. I wish I were going on the emoticon trail, but I'll take it over huge gains. I did go up 4 lbs a couple weeks ago? However, what is good is I'm staying in the upper 220's. It seems I'd lose, and got right back to the high 230's. Then after awhile it's been around 233/234. Now, I seem to be at 227/228. It might not seem like much, but it seems like my set point is going down. What I hope that means is that even when I am not watching it like I should, I am still consuming less calories and trying to hit my walking goal for the day. I too, haven't participated as much as I need to. I will tell you after a few days of not so great eating, I feel like I have a lead ball in my stomach. emoticon It doesn't hurt, but doesn't feel good either. I am going to do my best to eat lighter the next 3 days. I'm making it very simply. I'm eating protein shakes, bars, greek yogurt and fruit and veggies. It's probably still more calories than I need it to be, but I just hope it will clear out my stomach. I'm planning to get back on my probiotics too! I'm eating 2 "heavier" fruits per day...say an apple with peanut butter, a banana, peach....and then lighter fruits like raspberries, strawberries, cubed melon. emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm also trying to break my day into portions to get specific tasks accomplished. If you have time to check in breifly every day I'd love to keep each other accountable!!!!!!! emoticon So, did you get a car for you? A nanny job interview? Hope good things are coming your way!
