Maybe try not to overly focus on weight-loss emoticon , but try to focus on the changes that will make you healthy emoticon You WILL get there! emoticon Just take it a step and a change at a time emoticon It has been REALLY hard for me to make these changes so slowly emoticon over the past few months, but I really feel like it's coming together...AND I don't feel so overwhelmed emoticon There isn't any reason you can't enjoy some of the emoticon celebration foods...just find your stride and keep moving! emoticon I'm walking with you virtually! emoticon I started out shooting for like 5,000 steps a day and have increased it slowly over time. I just increased it to 12,000 a couple days ago...only because most days I am hitting 10,000 now...but I've been wearing my fitbit since NOVEMBER!!!!!! I still hate logging my foods, too, but I think even that is helping. Can you even just keep a journal at home to give you a picture? Ok, long enough! Glad to see you are perking up! Come check in with me more!!! Tell your hubby emoticon

I thought I had visited your page since last week emoticon I must be dreaming about stopping by! emoticon Well, I did make it down 1 lb! emoticon I'm not sure what I think yet about my fitbit, nutrition tracker and fitness tracker all being linked. According to it I can be an absolute emoticon . I'd play with it a week and see if I really did lose 2 lbs, but it just seems too much! I also upped my fitbit goal to 12,000 steps a day emoticon This week the only "exercise" I've got in is taking daily walks outside. emoticon Those are great, but I'd really like to start ding a video or something a few times a week. Something with a little more intensity! Overall, I am happy with my steady progress...tracking my foods, hitting my steps daily. I need more sleep! And I also need to organize! Ok, well, I'll talk to ya later! emoticon

I'll just keep visiting you, even if you don't come visit me emoticon Are you on your trip now? Getting in lots of emoticon ? We have dropped from the 80's here emoticon to the 30's in less than 36 hours emoticon I met a friend at the mall to walk, but she shopped I was 400 steps shy of my 10,000 step goal. emoticon I've actually been getting closer to 15,000 most days! emoticon I was also a emoticon yesterday! I am convinced getting in a good workout somehow affects my mindset, my body's and mind's ability to just deal with the day, etc. ALL that said I was down 3 almost back to my "norm" for at least the last month or so. Do you weigh-in on Wed too? Or is that just part of the pre-challenge for newbies? Well, hope you are doing well.
Gotta get money!

I read that, but I was thinking they meant the team page. Then I got to thinking and was like oh drat. The poor lady helping me is probably thinking I've lost it. I just didn't get what they neant. Lol.
