Gettin' It In for 2010

Alright everyone... the countdown is on. I have been getting that fitness in and now I am giving up some of my unhealthy habits... I am going into 2010 on the right foot and on the right note. I am setting a yearly goal and a monthly fitness minute goal (which I have been meeting so far). I am shedding some of the unwanted pounds and becoming a healthier Diva!

I am no longer wishing to lose this weight, I am planning on losing this weight... I am going to reach my goals this year ...

Stay within my calorie range.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Exercise for 45 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
Log on to SP every day.
Track all my food, water, and exercise.
Read motivational quotes, articles, and success stories every day.
Take it one day at a time and don't stop

I didn't even know I had crossed 1250 exercise minutes emoticon I feel so much better since I've been working out. All thanks to your challenge!!! I'm even up to 4 days now. I hope all is well in your neck of the woods!!! Swing by & let me know how you're doing. Have a wonderful week! emoticon

Hey Toya,

Thanks for checking on me. I wrote a note on the our message board on Monday saying that I wasn't going to be sparking until Saturday. I guess you over looked it.

I am back to Sparking & going to try to get back into the groove of things. I hope that things have been going good with you & that you (the family) have a wonderful super bowl weekend!!!
