Gettin' It In for 2010
Alright everyone... the countdown is on. I have been getting that fitness in and now I am giving up some of my unhealthy habits... I am going into 2010 on the right foot and on the right note. I am setting a yearly goal and a monthly fitness minute goal (which I have been meeting so far). I am shedding some of the unwanted pounds and becoming a healthier Diva! I am no longer wishing to lose this weight, I am planning on losing this weight... I am going to reach my goals this year ...

To eat better, track calories, and workout 5 days a week 45 minutes a day. My Program:
Stay within my calorie range. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Exercise for 45 minutes a day, 5 days per week. Log on to SP every day. Track all my food, water, and exercise. Read motivational quotes, articles, and success stories every day. Take it one day at a time and don't stop
