I am 27 and struggling to stay motivated to get healthy. I have a 7 month old son and a stay at home mom. I have a new mindset this time around. I really want to change. I will not diet anymore, I will eat healthful for life. I am not wishing to get skinny, I want to be healthy and fit. I have 100-110 pounds I would like to lose.

That's a good idea. Pack a gym bag and always have it in the car. If I lived in a bigger town I would try to go to the gym. I have a treadmill, total gym and dumbbells. What gym do you go to?

I am able to exercise its hard to go after being home all day with my son. With work I plan to go right after, hopefully that will help already being out.

We are in the same boat. I think we can help each other. My son is 7 months and its hard to exercise when he is napping or awake. Today I am going to walk on the treadmill after my fiance gets home. Are you able to exercise yet?

Hey, i also just had a baby, gained a lot of weight while preggo. I was a size 4 before pregnancy and now I'm 12-14. My son is 2mo. And I have about 50lbs to lose. Harder to keep up routine and lose the weight after him. I get how hard it is.
