My new goal for the spring challenge is to exercise for 400-450 min per week, I also will follow the new spark solution for the first 2 weeks of this challenge. Thanks for stopping by my yoga clothes blog. Wow, I had no idea there were so many kindred souls out there! My favorite piece is the Lucy Everyday Pants, because they are pants, not tight-fitting leggings that show off more than I care to.
